    • To see the shipment status of your order, please log-in to My Account and click My Orders.
  • How long will it take my order to arrive?
    • Orders shipping FedEx will generally arrive within 7-9 business days based on the delivery location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of the order placement. Tracking numbers are provided once the order is processed.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    • We currently ship only to destinations within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we do not ship orders to other countries, including Canada and Puerto Rico.
  • How do I get my order tracking information?
    • To track your order, please log-in to My Account and click on My Orders, or check your order confirmation email. For further assistance, please call Customer Service at 888-384-1945, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EST.
  • How do you calculate shipping charges?
    • Shipping charges are imported directly from FedEx and UPS and are based on how much you purchase. 


  • How do I request a refund?
    • To obtain a refund for J.R. Watkins items you purchased online, please send an e-mail to customerservice@jrwatkins with your request for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of your original purchase. Please note the maximum amount we can refund is $35 per order.
